Psychotherapy in South East Melbourne
for adults and adolescents

John brings many years of clinical experience of working with adults and adolescents across a range of settings. His practice is particularly suited to individuals who have found that short-term, solution-focused approaches have not met their needs, and who are seeking a more in-depth, ongoing therapeutic engagement.
John has extensive experience supporting individuals including those who have accessed mental health services within the public health system and are now looking for consistent, long-term therapy in a private setting. His therapeutic style is warm, supportive, and grounded in curiosity without judgement. He aims to create a safe and thoughtful space where individuals can explore their inner world at their own pace.
John holds both undergraduate and postgraduate qualifications in counselling and mental health practice and has a background in Narrative Therapy. As a candidate of the Victorian Association of Psychoanalytic Psychotherapists (VAPP), he is committed to ongoing professional development and further training in psychoanalytic psychotherapy.
